And now that I don't have her across the kitchen table on a daily basis, I have to remind myself that a lot...especially since becoming a parent! I think most of us struggle with judgment -- but having a heaping dose of self-awareness about it goes a long way to letting it all go (cue the Idina)! My first instinct is so often to judge rather than try to understand. Or just mind my own damn business. Goodness knows I'm far from perfect so I have no place to judge.
