I'm Back. . .

Although after scaling the heights of the Duomo, I did have some reservations about whether I could climb back down without toppling down the medieval stone steps.  Adroitness is not my strong suit.

Hubs was an excellent traveling companion (although I felt his New Balances blew my attempts at looking Euro), along with my brother, future sister in law, and parents.  I'm happy to be home after extending my vacation by one lovely night in Newark, NJ (thanks Lufthansa!), and off to a running start.  I'm hosting two showers, and an engagement party this weekend, and reminiscing about Italy by attending the opera Friday night.  Once again, I am completely delusional about the level of activity possible for me to undertake at one time.  Anyway, I'll be back with pictures of Sesto, Florence, Venice, Cinque Terre, and Siena.  Just let me recover from this prosciutto hangover. . .

  1. Love it! We need to see more pictures. And you look so Euro-chic, I'm sure everyone thought you were just entertaining an American guest in his New Balances. Glad y'all had a great trip!
