Walking and Gawking

When I lived in Charleston, we loved to walk for hours early in the morning, looking at all the beautiful houses South of Broad, and sometimes sneaking peeps over the brick walls and through worn iron gates into the beautiful secret gardens and courtyards that lay within.

I still love admiring architecture- it just makes a stroll so lovely, especially down here at the beach.

I love the above house- it's one of my favorite in Watercolor.

Don't you just adore secret paths leading to rose mews?

I could do a post just on the lanterns hanging at every house.  Oh, and the brick paved driveway?  I'm in love.

Even the garages and sheds are beautiful.

This house overlooking Western Lake is incredible.

Don't you just want to hide in that crow's nest on top?

You might just find me lounging by this pool in a lovely hidden courtyard.

Dell Harper enjoys checking out houses on her walks as well. Nothing like a stroll in the sunshine to make us happy.

  3. So many gorgeous houses! The lanterns are to die for. And I'm totally picturing skulking in bushes with your camera like the papparazzi to get all these great pictures.

Dell Harper is adorable with her little bow and gold sandals!

  4. Ferguson insists Nani will stay at Old Trafford
Agen Bola indo11.com reported, Alex Ferguson has moved to quash speculation linking winger Nani with a move away from Manchester United in the post-season.
The Portugal international has been dogged by injury problems this season and found his chances for the Premier League champions limited.

That has led some to suggest that the 26-year-old would seek pastures new at the end of the current campaign, but Ferguson insists he has no plans to let any of his squad leave Old Trafford in the coming months.

“There is no need for us to sell anyone. We have no plans to do that. That’s a fact,” Ferguson said on the club’s official website.

“Nani played last week at Arsenal and I thought he did well. as reported by Indo Eleven.

“He is one of our squad players. When he is in form there are very few better than him. So I think we will bring him back in pre-season training and he will be all right.”

Nani has just one year left on his current contract, meaning he can leave for free at the end of next season, with Fergusonunaware of any developments regarding a new deal.
