Biscuit Therapy

So when you are a fellow Dawg fan and turning your head in shame, life seems pretty bleak.

Sometimes there is only one thing that will help.  Carbohydrates. Combined with fat.

Now this recipe is for biscuit muffin hybrid type thing that is pure tastiness. And it's perfect for those times when you are getting so antsy and nervous about Saturday's football game because you love both teams and jobs are on the line. . .

What?  Y'all down worry about the ramifications of a football game weeks in advance?  And kill the pain with carbs?

So this recipe is fabulous because most of the you have the ingredients on hand. Unless you are one of those empty fridge people who I long to be.  Instead I wind up with oodles of condiments and rando leftovers cluttering my shelves.

Moving on.

I don't know who Shirley Maxwell is, maybe Mama will clarify, as this recipe is in her hand.  Whoever she is- she is a baby biscuit genius.

 1 stick of Butter (softened)

A cup of flour

A cup of sour cream (I use light because I have it on hand)

Mix it all up and spoon into a mini muffin pan.
Bake. (350 for 20 minutes)

Eat.

Smile

How do yall cope with a losing team (or two)?  Sigh.

Btw, random fact for you - this will be the first time that UT & UGA have both had losing seasons when they play since 1906. Why do I know these things??

Oh and I love your dress in the top pic!
