Pre-wedding I was obviously eating in a very healthy manner, due to the fact that 400-odd people would be staring at me while I am trotting around in the most unflattering color ever. Honeymoon, typically weight gain central, I did not put on a pound.
So I got a little cocky, thinking the 5 lbs I dropped by not eating carbs for 2 weeks prior to the wedding was sustainable while consuming masses of carbs, especially those contained by alcohol. Ha! Needless to say- the 5 lbs is back, along with a little extra.
So starting this morning, its game time. I need a jump start. Its time to get serious. Time to pull out the big guns. Time for a week of hell.

Here is her lose 5 lbs fast one week jump start diet:
Warning- this seems innocuous and fairly easy, appearances are deceiving. It sucks.
1st Meal: 3 Egg whites, 1 cup bran cereal with skim milk, 1/2 cup strawberries
2nd Meal: Protein Shake
3rd Meal: Tuna (3 or 5 oz, can or bag), Vegetable (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, etc (only green), 1/4 piece avocado [I usually turn this into a spinach salad]
4th Meal: Protein Shake
5th Meal: Grilled chicken breast or fish, 3 oz sweet potato, 1/2 cup brown rice, Green vegetable
6th Meal: 3 Egg White omelet with pepper(mushrooms, onions, green, red, yellow peppers)
Doesn't sound so bad- lots of food, right? We'll see how it goes.
