New Clothes!

Dear readers, I have a new obsession.  Or rather, three new obsesssions.  The first are two blogs, which are quite well established but new to me (thanks Megan!).  And I adore them!  If you have  not perused them yet, please check out Darby at Fly Through Our Window and Erika at Urban Grace Interiors.
(Mama- maybe you shouldn't. If you do, I am worried about a barrage of granchildren requests).

Through Erika's blog, I recently discovered Land's End Canvas- go there immediately!  These are great clothes- classic weekend wear for a price that doesn't make you cringe (remember what that was like, J. Crew?).  So my cart is comprised of the following-

This lovely boyfriend cardigan.

I haven't decided which one of these full cotton lawn skirts I want more.  And I also love the yellow leather sandals.

This is one of those simple dresses that sneaks up on you, and then you wear until it dies.
I think it will perfect for the chilly nights of spring with this scarf, and my ever-present jean jacket.

Here's my other summertime uniform- button up with classic shorts. Done and done.

It's a bit terrifying to consider right now, but summertime also means bathing suits- check out Canvas for the huge color and style selection. Land's End suits are well-known for their quality, so I assume that these will be the same in terms of durability, etc.

Stomach exposure is soon.  Hmmm, maybe Chick-fil-a for dinner on my way to Junior League work isn't a good idea?

  9. Don't you love their blogs? I've been following them for a while and can't get enough - the photography is so great. Both sisters are so talented. Love the Canvas line - great stuff (I think Canvas has replaced J.Crew for me, since J. Crew has left my demographic behind).
